Professional Profile:
Austina has been in Buena Vista since 1987. She comes from a family of Realtors where four of seven family members are Brokers. Austina attended Western State College in Gunnison, CO, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in English/Kinesiology. She spent her summers traveling abroad. Her favorite places were Germany, Hawaii, and Mexico. After graduation, Austina began teaching high school English, creative writing, speech, and drama in Billings, MT. She moved back to Buena Vista in 1997, where she taught 5th/6th grade at Darren Patterson Christian Academy for two years. Austina’s hobbies include writing poetry, camping, fishing, hiking, participating in all sporting activities, and most of all, she loves spending time with her daughter, Keely. What she cherishes most about Buena Vista is knowing that it will always be a place that she can call home.
